The Stapely Cinema is a 40-seater art deco style, purpose-built cinema with professional level sound and vision. The wide screen is designed to show high-definition films coupled with the latest digital Dolby 5.1 surround-sound system. To enhance the cinema’s ambience the seats have been reclaimed from a pre-war cinema and entirely refurbished for viewers to sink into their plush comfort. There is also space on the front row for wheelchair users. The raked floor is gently graded as in a traditional cinema so everyone is guaranteed a good view.

There will be regular film shows, the cinema will also be available for private bookings and residents will be encouraged to suggest films they would like shown.

This is as good a movie experience as you’ll ever get anywhere!

PIANO BAR

This vibrant Piano Bar with its inviting lounge seating exudes the atmosphere of an exclusive private members London club. With its alluring views over the terrace and gardens from its beautiful walk-in bay window, the Piano Bar is an ideal retreat after enjoying fine dining in the Fernlea Restaurant.

It’s the kind of place where you could relax with a book from the library or socialise with family and friends over a glass of wine. Its centrepiece is a grand piano which will also feature in the events programme concerts. As with the adjacent Fernlea Restaurant, Piano Bar guests will be able to access the terrace and gardens directly.
